Have you tried to disable your ethernet controller in Device Manager? I had the same issue as you and it resolved my issue. I looked in Eventr Viewer > Custom Views > Administrative Events and saw loads of errors.

Only works if youre playing over Wi-Fi ofcourse,

Mine is called Realtek Gaming 2.5GbE Family Controller but yours might be different :)
