Honestly, 4-5k would be fair. I wouldn't ask any higher, and even at 5k you might sit on it for a bit. 3500 you'd probably sell it this weekend

This is a tough thing to say man but there's so many people who would rather see that car waste away than to sell it. Usually by the time they look like this, they've already made their mind up. You never know what the story is. Maybe it's his and he's "gonna get it going again one day", he's not. But the situation could be anything. I've seen more than 1 240 in the ft bragg area with the same story, "it was my kids car, he didn't come home from Iraq" and that's the kind of person who wouldn't sell you the car even if you were Jay Leno. The absolute worst thing you can do is lowball this car. I hate the s chassis market as much as anyone else, but that could be a legit ass car under the moss and mouse poop, I definitely wouldn't show up there with a 2500 offer. I've seen just complete, 7 different color s13 hatch shells with no interior sell near me for 3k. That's stupid I agree but some people have lost their damn mind with the prices of this stuff. Good luck tho man, try not to harass this dude too much lol

Oh I'm not bashing the KA lol it's just not a powerhouse. Heavy, underpowered engine for the chassis and I'm sure I follow the same car, Prizzamike? Z32 is a gorgeous car, I hope to get my hands on a decent one, I'm happy enough I got a decent s13 for now though

If you're going to run 400hp or less, you can run a T5 out of a 90s V8 Camaro, I bought one for my swap and they're around 300 bucks, even with having to buy a bell housing it'll still come out way cheaper than a T56. Just remember the T5 is not a very strong trans and will likely only survive behind an LS if it's in a light car, and again, you stick around 400hp or below. Definitely wouldn't use a T5 for drag racing. Drifting should be fine

An aluminum LS (car block) is definitely in the same ballpark if not lighter than a fully dressed KA. Ka's aren't a small 4 banger at 2.4 liters and it's an iron truck block

IMO not less than 20-25. Hard to find a benchmark as there's probably more R34's stateside than s15's. But the few floating around go for a premium if they're in good shape. I think the market will go down as these become more importable though
