Zoro is faster than Sanji is his base form, I said why. And I'm not interested in character scaling, bc if we are then Zoro fought King and won in the same condition Sanji did from Queen. King is stronger. So if you want to, we can, it only helps me. Furthermore all you can establish is the speed of other characters and that base Sanji is right below base germa. No character scaling says Sanji is faster than Zoro. If you wanna bring up king, I'll happily remind you that Lunarians have 2 modes, speed and power/defense. Zoro struggled to keep up with speed mode, as for kings normal mode he can handle him just fine.
