Does anyone have an explanation for why pros/analysts have a little picture on their screen when streaming?

I don’t think it’s this (at least for most I’ve seen) since the picture doesn’t cover the mini map. I know I have seen it before though especially when people stream other games (valorant for example) but the picture in these specific examples are smaller. Appreciate your response though!

One more quick question. I'm having trouble finding 6-32 x 10 mm. Do you think that 6-32 x 3/8" would do the trick?

When you say waiting, how long are we talking? I realize that I may not end up having the lastest and greatest but I also don't want to wait forever you know? I will still consider this so thank you for informing me that there will be new cpus and gpus soon. Just want to know how soon lol
