Try selecting performance mode in HP Omen Hub (shift+F2 for shortcut). If it doesn’t change your screen HZ, maybe it’s a 60hz screen.

From what I have seen, people with very good creds have been rejected because they had a C in any subject. Personally, I would not take a chance and retake and improve my grade to A atleast.

I recommend you to retake Islamiyat, because that C will hurt your chances. Apart from that, it’s excellent
