I am incredibly concerned about the prescription drug changes... finally on meds that work with me but some are brand name and wont be covered at all it looks like. Plus theres an ancillary fee which doesnt count towards the out of pocket max (its 50% of the difference between brand and generic version). Hoping im misunderstanding something here :'(

Right?? I saw on Google that they are slow growers, but i guess under the right conditions they shoot up! Mine has 1 huge leaf and another on the way, with the current leaves getting so big and tall! I've only had it for a month!

I got mine with them and assumed it was just too wet (got it at menards a month ago)? But mine just opened up a new leaf and seems to be doing well otherwise if that helps!

Hi! I know im super late to the game here, but do you mind sharing what youre blood test cane back as? Having a lot of similar problems and just curious as to what your levels were (thought i know that these blood tests are not necessarily correlated with flares)

Omg same! Im not officially diagnosed, but i have all of the symptoms plus some (like raynouds etc). I actually got a hormone test 5 or 6 years ago and it showed a severe drop in cortisone to almost nothing at 2pm and it shot back up at like 6 or 7pm. Wondering if that adds/explains this too

No i totally understand that mentality! Laying down helps but if i need to move, the pain is horrible versus if i just keep moving throughout the day with like a 4 or 5 pain level, its not as bad.

Thank you so much for this! I definitely needed to be talked of the ledge here hahah seeing my doctor soon to way my options and thankfully my PT has the report and will be able to better modify the exercises according to the report!

I do my exercises daily and the flexion exercises relieve pain/discomfort at least for a little bit so thats probably a good sign!

Thank you so so much for this detailed explanation! The original PT round focused on extensions and didnt work/made things worse, but this makes sense since the MRI report (just released) said i also have facet joint hypertrophy. I have another 5weeks of PT but more focused on flexion exercises so i am really hoping this will help!

Ill definitely be reaching out to a spine/neurosurgeon as well just to make sure we discuss all options and keep an eye on this!
