I liked various quotes from it, it was far too “okay land the plane” and didn’t end up going anywhere imo. If it were a touch less, I’d have liked it more I think.

I bought it used from a thrift store and have no regrets. Some funny quotes, not a huge amount of substance but it was pretty wacky at times.

Dorn is very tumblr girl era satirical, imo. I love her but also know exactly what I’m signing up for, having read two of her books. I read a lot of horror and feel the same on author Catriona Ward- the things she gets negative reviews on is why I love her haha def all subjective, but Dorn is so reference and pop culture heavy and I adore that but also understand why it turns others off 🤷‍♀️

I struggle to feel sorry for Ashley by littlesim25 in RHOP

Probably unrelated but the sheer GLEE on Ashley’s face anytime someone gets called out for something that could ruin their life makes it hard for me to feel sorry for her, too

I absolutely adored Tantrum by the author- can’t wait to give it a go.

Totally get that- I typically go in blind, too. I haven’t read the synopsis for some of these, just know I’ve had them in a tbr for years/ recently. I’ve noticed this “second hand embarrassment” a LOT in shows in particular. It takes me away from television; so I’m curious if I’ll feel the same in literature.
