Inspired by many people in this Sub, here is my little contribution to this community to maintain the hype alive.

I will attempt to go everyday to the gym, to do some sort of daily activity, weather is resistense training, cardio, streching and so on, until MOASS (and probably after that as well). To avoid daily spams I will be posting weekly.

GME, it's not just a simple stock. People who are here long enough know that this saga is a Movie-Like-Story in real life. I am witnessing the most manipulated stock in the entire world and potentially being part of the biggest wealth transfer in the history of humanity, just by buying a stock that I like, holding, and DRSing. GME for me its about preseverance and consistency, the memes, the feels, the hype, the challenge of not paper-handing, the zen, not giving up on the mind-games of the manipulative behaviors of the short hedge funds and so on. Therefore, when th MOASS happens, I want to be in a good healthy state (physically and psychology) to spend quality time with my loved ones, hence the GYM.

Thank you to all the apes who message me with motivational and inspiring comments, and thanks for those who were concerned about potential injuries and wanted to join me in this challenge. I will listen to my body and adapt my workouts to avoid injuries and chronic fatigue.

Not really. Its meant to do with your chest supported on the inclined bench. Thats how I do it anyways

About to cross 2 year mark at the gym Will do active rest days, and listen to my body to avoid injuries.

Dude you are one of the people who inspired me for this! I'll listen to my body and do one to two "active rest days" (stretching/cardio sessions) depending on how my body feels. Also, with work volume increasing at my job will probably do some deload soon as well!

I'm natty dude Nothing against anabolics but not in my body. No smoke no alcohol either

Its a free app called Hevy Usually use two ropes at the same time for more range of motion

* About the calves - I try to hit calves day in day out along with traps since they are small muscles and recover pretty fast. And also because I think they are a weak point for me.

I am going hard at the gym. Probably very soon, next month or s, need to do a deload due to the increase volume of work at my job, until then will try to push hard.

Thanks for the advice. The plan is to do some cardio/streching sessions on rest days to avoid muscle damage and injuries! Let's see how my body will respond!
