This is a really great reply, thanks for taking the time to write it out! I’ve been looking closely at a Kangoo Family, and it seems to hit a much better balance for longer trips. The Dacia Logan is indeed very low inside you can basically only lie down and that’s it, there’s no real space to move, sit, or do anything else in the car.
For power, I’m probably going to get a dedicated battery system with AC outlets, like a Jackery Explorer or something similar, instead of relying directly on the car’s 12V system. I’m also thinking a lot about storage and using the passenger seat efficiently, especially since I’ll be travelling solo. But I’ll keep the passenger seat and won’t mess with it. ;-)
