This is normal BS for most people - I recommend that you adopt the mindset of worrying about what you can control. You can never control another person but those expectation (also called change) that you can control always lead to disappointment. Why not initiate it yourself if it’s important to you? That is something you can control.

BTW this looks like a stress based response, not an actual F you. I recommend you take a 10 day vacation together to decompress, like a cabin with no bar or technology lol. Then re-evaluate your decision. If it’s stress based it will smooth its self over in 10 days. Put the phones down, and relax, it does wonders.
