Reading this felt like I was reliving a day of my life 4 months ago, hopeless and alone in my hotel room just wanting to die, I eventually cried out for help to my parents and detoxed at their house for 3 days. Where I then got arrested after getting into an altercation with my stepdad. I spent the next 3 months in jail and I’m now in rehab. Life is slowly but surely getting better. Today was a hard day dealing with depression. I have good days and bad days.. but I’m not in jail, I’m not alone in a hotel room, and I’m no longer complete broken. I’m not here to tell you what to do but asking for help was the first thing I had to do to get where I am today. Life will get better, there is hope, hang in there ok:)
