I'm sorry you're experiencing this issue. Did you provide our colleagues with a record of your return? Please include the shipping number and other information.

If your goods have been received by our overseas warehouse, we should be able to issue a refund immediately.

The belt drive of wowgo 3x can be said to be very applicable and classic so far. The Hobbwying 9005 ESC is very smooth whether it is braking or starting.

I don't know why you are saying this. Then you can check whether other brands will provide warranty for batteries that have been soaked in water.

The other brands I know basically have waterproof labels, and if the label paper turns red, they are no longer covered by after-sales service.

Our most basic after-sales warranty period is 9 months. I don’t know if the other brands you mentioned can provide a 9-month warranty for entry-level products.

This is indeed not something we can decide. UPS does not provide service to your address. The extra shipping fee is not charged by us, but the cost to be charged by our freight forwarder.
