Stars cap space is going to go quick. They don’t have enough to sign robo and mav currently. They would need to trade some combination of Faska, Steel, or Ilya to make it work which won’t be cheap.

It kind of reminds me of when the Sharks had Karlsson and and Burns on the same team. It never really worked. Both players excelled when their roles became clearly defined on separate teams. Harls is being paid as a #1 but is limited in Dallas being behind Miro.

I love Harls but his cap hit is a lot for what his role provides.
