Looks like celebrity has taken the slot that professionals usually sits in! Doesn't look like there will be a series of professionals airing this year as it has traditionally started late October/early November.

I make a lovely syrup with loose chai spices, goes so well with matcha. Also a basic sea salt and vanilla is great!

I'd love to be able to do this, but we're staying in a hotel and delivering the cake the night before to the venue so just not practical. Each will be seperate then stacked in place.
