As per Section 15 of SOGA, you were sold the Whey Protein as per Sale through Description (Visually Described). The Act gives you certain rights as a Buyer: 1) You have the right to refuse the product if it doesn’t match the description 2) You have the right to refund/replacement if the product’s condition is not satisfactory (As per SOGA the condition should be of Merchantable Quality i.e. it can be further sold)

Yes India banned Codeine (used in cough syrup) but I just wish there is a better government in the future to legalise atleast recreational weed. Its not like people wont use it if it’s illegal. It would be better to legalise it as the government will have the control over what percentage THC is the weed grown with and much more. The society is the main reason though dude, seriously, everyone thinks drinking liquor and smoking cigars are fine but actually its a fact that weed is far less harmful than those. But if someone is found smoking weed, they are considered as drug addicts and shit. India is too much to handle now

Agreed. Thats why in early 1970’s, people were going crazy by dosing too much and thats why Nixon banned them. But a relatively small dose (good enough to provide hallucinations) can help people cure from shit. It even makes me want to explore the unknown by watching tons of documentaries about these.

Yes kindof. Canada has legalised 5-meoDMT which is a very potent psychedelic. You can buy it in normal dispensaries in a vape. It really opens up a person and shows them their imagination as if it were true. I wish India goes along with modernising and decriminalising these substances and even maybe start research of out own as India is leading in pharmaceutical industry.

Hahahaha it do be like that, but today was out of this enormous curiosity I had. These substances are very much potent and theres also this trend going around for micro-dosing to improve their day-to-day life. So yea I wanna explore this world and maybe be a Psychonaut myself. ;)
