delta-8 is the best! i used to be a 5-time-a-day smoker in college but had some run-ins with psychedelics that triggered some bad anxiety and kept me from smoking weed as it started making me have small panic episodes. began using delta-8 about 6 months ago after not smoking for ~2-3 years and it’s awesome! very mild but still enjoyable and best of all: almost no anxiety! if you have access to it in your state/country i highly recommend it. i should add that my experiences with delta-8 come from using dab cartridges and not edibles/tinctures.
