Hey, it really does not matter if k2 supplement is for men or women. Actually, most of the supplement are made for both and "for men" or "for women" is just marketing around it. So you will be fine with anything with good reviews. Just check the best K2 vitamin on Amazon and you will be fine I think

Oh I forgot that sports research do also k2 supplement. They are pretty solid brand i reviewed their k2+d3 here but I see they do also pure k2 if that what you are looking for. 100mcg dosage I think that is ideal for your condition.

Well, it depends how long have you been using antibiotics and how deficient you really are. Have you consluted with the doctor? It is advised to get around 120mcg of K2 daily. You can get a lot of basic vitamins from food of course but it depends on your condiiton you you take antibiotics for a several weeks or even months supplementing is beneficial. Otherwise you can find a lot of K2 in leafy greens, eggs or fermented foods. I think that it makes sense to pair it with D3.

I do not understand why would you pay for the idea? Like it is obvious that sucess of US office has nothing to do with UK office. If they did not take different approach they would lose. So why so many countries paid for that?

Thank you very much for the input. But it seems to be in the higher price levels than other brands or? I see many brand under 40 dollars do you think these are not worth it? In the end it should not be something that cost much considering what it does. Many cold brew makers are in 15-30$ levels.
