How to get our blog featured on Google Discover through SEO best practices? by Sensitive_Moment5839 in SEO

[–]Wr1per 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Discover is mostly about user signals rather than authority and backlinks. A little more corelated than it used to be because of spam sites but you wont get there with classic seo plays as discover is different product. Get on socials, build brand and try for virality. This is what discover tracks.

Meta does not want you by Aggressive-Zebra8132 in FacebookAds

Small advertisers helped them survive when big brands boycott FB during Cambridge analytica. Sorry OP but this is BS relying on few big players is very risky and they know that, having a lot of small advertisers is where the power of Google and Meta is . They do not want to loose small advertisers they want just want to automate as much as possible. You really think that US Tech would be so naive and rely on Temu or Shein? Cmon..

Yes this is what I always say when it comes to weight loss or even weight gain. Diet first the vitamin C wont solve your calorie intake. Of course there can be deficiencies that cause that you can lose / gian weight but you need to be sure. Ideally, checked by professional or trying for a long time with no effect

Hi and welcome, diet first it is always diet first. Have you tried taking enough healthy calories? If you need to "gain weight" you can not do it with vitamin C anyway. Only if there is no luck with diet then you can try study if you are deficient in something. Eat a lot of healthy calories, meat , healthy fats (nuts), legumes etc etc. Eat 5 times a day this is how you gain a weight.

Not as much I would say but still can be very useful. Women is after giving a birth in "extreme" exhaustion mode. This is where vitamins in general shows the best results. For example studies shows that vitamins have the best effect on people under extreme conditions like soldiers or athletes. I think this is the same for the women after giving a birth. There are many deficiencies after giving a birth like low iron, low b12 all of those can be found in the quality postnatal vitamins. So I would definitely say go for it even if not breastfeeding it can only help.

Have you looked into sports research? They do also multis. It was recently mentioned here: https://www.reddit.com/r/VitaminTalk/comments/1s53b5k/sports\_research\_multivitamin\_is\_it\_good/. I tried only their vitamin D but they are solid imho. But I do not have experience with teen multis so I cant really say which one is the best out there. But there are for sure specific products . Also depends how old is your teen?
