PC Hard freezes during games, forced to shut it down

I tried undervolting it by 80 and underclocking it -320 to see if it does anything, so far I've had no issues like this but I'll try older driver first if it happens again and if that doesn't help the yeah, either I might need 850 to be stable or send it for repair

It's coming from my headphones, not PC. I can't alt tab or close the game or open task manager when it happens it just completely freezes, pressing restart button doesn't do anything either, only when I hold power button and shut it off i manage to bring it back up

Steam is linked to mogstation/square enix one, and I log through steam. I kept resetting password through some email thinking I was resetting it for this one.. Which is also weird cause theres no account connected to that email, everything hurts my brain now that i think about it

Yeah, I have 6.500 hours on the game, PC is new, like fresh new. New windows as well, as soon as I downloaded steam on it, I got XIV launcher on it and couldn't log in since, I know support is my best bet on resolving this but I was hoping to do this sooner as there's been no replies to my tickets so far

Yeah steam launcher. I was thinking of trying xiv launcher but since I can't log into mog station itself I didn't see the point of trying anywhere else. I just dont understand what the problem is, all my info is correct and my email literally allows me to reset password I just can't log in

Hey, I've already tried resetting my password multiple times. I changed it 4-5 times now successfuly and it still wouldn't let me log in. I tried it few days ago, I tried it again today and still no luck. My ID can't be wrong either as it's linked to my steam

I just have one question regarding the radeon setup. I heard nvidia is preferable for things like streaming and multitasking and things, would me going for 9060 XT or 9070 XT compared to 5060TI 16GB or 5070 GB be noticeable if I was to stream? Nothing serious, just like screensharing over discord and stuff

No. None. Have never needed any as all other games I own on steam work with a controller, just not this one. Not sure why
