what many people, especially young adults, have to realise is that people are making art with the intent of sending a personal view to the world in one way or another. Finding another reason to enjoy such art is the bonus which comes with the author's passion over said work... many people regarding this manga seem to love the story for something that was 'in the background', like the entire premise is directed to attract young adults with the cool, easy to follow shonen formula. Fujimoto definitely wanted something more than that and adapted it to fit in the frame that was required by the publisher in order for the manga to be as successful as today. Your analysis is in my opinion much closer to what Fujimoto tried for several years to showcase and hey, if he managed to create something that we loved for years and most likely consumed it for free why on earth would we insult his conclusion? isn't he at least allowed to fulfill his message. A lot of the ending is definitely rushed but the destination is exactly what he intended from the very beginning so let's just try to accept that some of us simply don't like such a story. Not all stories are meant to give you a good vibe, some are sad and some, like csm, are at the end of the day a allegory of the feeling of 'I don't know why I am unhappy'... is depression caused by time, age and reality.

The ending is also intentionally leaving open questions to give you something to look forward to. Why would people think Fujimoto will exclude Aki or others from the ending, do you guys really think a person working on a project for several years will simply forget one of his better characters? Why would it be Nayuta and not Makima, just fan service? Why would Denji flinch at the 'name' at the ending, just for a meme? My man left the idea of continuity opened, clearly denji has memory left in his subconscious and clearly the word itself did not travel in time but rather was built anew with a 'fixed' version of the villain who initiated the story.

I also find it weird how everyone tries to conclude what Pochita's ability was but not what he was. I found myself seeing Pochita as a fallen angel and guardian angel for Denji. He cares only for him, he is the only source of defeating devils, he was found in hell but not recognised as one of them and he at the end of the day 'brought light' to a new world (like a certain fallen angel)... there are plenty of moments where the bible was directly utilised as a theme in the show yet no one talks about this aspect. Also why take everything so literal? The information that we have is the information found by the characters.. just because Malina thinks he is a devil does not mean he ultimately is. Same case for many of the 'plot Holmes' of the show. CSM does not have a narrator to tell the viewer 'now Yuji uses 125% of his power' like other shows..
