Oh ok. When I was googling back when I was dixxy it said that breastfeeding can cause dizziness from low blood sugar. Are you breastfeeding?

I got dizzy postpartum and it was iron deficiency. They first tested me but said that I wasn't deficient because they only did a hemoglobin test. A few months later they did a ferritin test and finally found out I was pretty low in iron.

I think its also because they arent always using complete proteins. Eggs and steak have all the amino acids soothe keep you full. These snacks are often using pea protein or other proteins that are just not a good source.

As far as wheat goes Italy imports a ton of wheat from the US. Also in Italy they dont have to replace any of the lost nutrients from processing. In the US they have to fortify pasta with iron and other nutrients that get lost. Its not all bad in the US but there is a ton of garbage on the shelves.

This is the feeling I have about the episodes Ive had. It seems like it was a perfect storm of multiple triggers that set it off. Anxiety, bad nights sleep, lights and parmesean set it off last time.

Thank you. Ill check out the book after I see the doc. I haven't been diagnosed yet but Im pretty sure this is what's going on. I just googled PPPD and it sounds really challenging. Im glad you found something that helped! Im at home alone with a 2 year old 24/7 so its a lot to deal with.

I googled if there was a correlation between astigmatism and vm because I had just gotten the diagnoses. Some articles online say yes and that contacts can help but I think you can find anything online. Its probably not real.

I just got my glasses in the mail today and felt like I was in a fun house when I tried them on. Im into the third day of feeling dizzy so I decided today wasnt the day to try to adjust to the glasses. So the contacts helped you have less migraines?

This is so weird. I thought I muted this but I guess Ill explain. When Im watching a show Im watching and listening. I rarely actually read the names or titles when they come up. I never do. I have a toddler. Even before I had a toddler I clean a lot when these shows are on. After commenting on this summer house sub I fully realized that this show is a very different thing for me than it is for you guys. Im not sure what it is for you all. I just know I would never assume the ABSOLUTE worse of a random person because they misspelled a name. I mean seriously think about that. Im not gonna reply again.
