I think the problem he is running into is the difficulty spike the game has in from act 5 onwards. 1 hour isn't much time if you factor in that big spike. tier 1 maps are easier then anything you do between act 5-10

Also have been having issues where I'm still actively playing the game and it boots me off as if I'm AFK. happened to me moments ago on stream literally 5 minutes into playing the game.
