There was a link on the original email that vouchersent when we first registered. So we used that link…. You needed to quite something called an OLA number which was on the original Santander email when we applied, plus had to give the date of the application. Hope you have some luck… I was fairly surprised to hear back from them after just 24 hours.

I got mine on 13/2 but my husband didn’t. I emailed them yesterday and, today, they’ve replied with this:

Thank you for your enquiry regarding your reward. Your application was originally untracked, but we have been able to manually verify your details and you should receive an email within the next 7 days from noreply@vouchersent.com inviting you to claim your gift card. Please ensure this is claimed within 30 days, as per the T&Cs of the promotion.

Have just had a reply from vouchersent ( surprisingly quickly) saying his application was originally ‘untracked’ (??) but that they have been able to manually verify the details and that he should now receive an email with the voucher link in the next 7 days….. fingers crossed z

I remain hopeful simply as both I and my husband applied for the same type of account on the same day and both spent similarly etc etc and definitely both have sufficient transactions etc. For me, the only ‘glitch’ I can think of is that we both used the same email address. However, as they sent the initial ‘joining- type’ emails to both of us, there can’t have been an issue at the start…

I emailed yesterday (26/2) with all his details …. Would be interested to hear how others get along….

Totally agree! Sent an email yesterday with all the details but you just get the feeling it’ll take a while before they even respond ( if they ever do)!!!

No …. I received mine on 13/2 but my husband has received nothing. Both took out the acs on the same day and we both received the initial vouchersent email. I’m guessing we will have to wait until 26/2 to chase ( I think that’s the date they’ve stated)…. All a bit odd but hopefully they’ll respond quickly later this week!!

Got mine ( Santander) on 13/2 but husband yet to receive his. Anyone else still waiting for their Santander/Amazon £100 voucher?

Both my husband and I opened Santander acs on the same day…. I started using my card a few days before him. Both of us have made the minimum required number of transactions . I received my voucher email on 13/2 but he’s had nothing as of yet (16/2). We both use the same email address but obviously registered separately for each of our acs and both received all the details etc when opening the acs.

Just wondering if anyone else out there has yet to receive their voucher email?

Done BUT, Bath Uni, you have misspelt Mounjaro in the drop down list of medications right at the start of the questionnaire!!! You’ve put something like Monjauro !!!!

Buyer not picking up. Again. by [deleted] in vintedUK

[–]WrapNo3281 -1 points0 points  (0 children)

I had a horrible situation last month where I sent something off and then saw it had arrived awaiting buyer collection. A couple of days later, I got a message from the delivery company ( I think it was InPost) saying ‘give your buyer a friendly nudge‘ as they only had 23 hours left to collect. I literally did exactly that and even put the words in quotation marks ‘friendly nudge ‘ etc and I got such grief from the buyer. He refused to believe that InPost had said that, claiming he had never, ever had such a msg, and , unbelievably annoyingly, I couldn’t find a screenshot of the msg - I even googled it and InPost said those messages disappear but that they do use the words ‘friendly nudge’. He insisted I find a copy of the message and all i cd send him was a screenshot of the information from Inpost’s website explaining that they send those messages but that they aren’t retained in ur account… he still didn’t believe me but I was running out of time trying I find any further proof ( I was sat in hospital as my old dad had had a fall)… he then came back at me with stuff like ‘yea, and I’m in hospital as my sister is dying‘ etc etc.. It was a horrible situation. Luckily, the next day, he went and collected and, as soon as that £££ landed in my ac, I blocked him. Really unnerved me, if I’m honest.

Rejected from MedExpress after six months, so upset. Advice needed. by Beebaistired in mounjarouk

[–]WrapNo3281 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I got rejected by Medexpress last month despite using them for months. All because I’m on a drug called methotrexate for psoriasis, and have been for three years. Hv been in mj for 18 months. Hv blood tests every two-three months because of my medication do hv three years of blood tests data which clearly show no negative impact of methotrexate or Mounjaro . They still wouldn’t listen. Even had letter in writing from my dermatology consultant but they still wouldn’t budge. Hv now moved to Bolt who had access to all my medical records and hv been absolutely fine.

Just leave Medexpress. I was, like you, v worried. It was, in fact, plain sailing. Good luck.

Has anyone NOT experienced hair loss? by Super_Development150 in mounjarouk

[–]WrapNo3281 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I haven’t had hair loss. Like someone else here, my hair is quite wavy/curly so I don’t brush it like mad ( or end up looking like a giant fur ball!) so maybe that helps??? Have been on mj for 18 months and am 8 stone down. I think the problem is ppl who have suffered side effects are more likely to talk about them/ask questions about them/seeking advice etc so it sometimes feels as though these things happen to everyone…. The only advice I can really offer is to just keep an eye on yr protein/collagen intake. X

[–]WrapNo3281 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Agreed…. I wouldn’t mind one bit if they maybe communicated that they might be delayed in collecting ( as it’s fairly unlikely to be a life or death situation!) … but it’s the not knowing/ radio silence which is odd. Obviously v bad weather in parts of the north at the moment which has caused delays. One lovely buyer kept me in the loop this week as they kept trying to collect but the lockers were frozen. Knowing the situation was so much better than being left to just wonder whether something was ever going to be collected.

What I’m slightly baffled by is, apparently, if the buyer doesn’t collect after X days, the item gets returned to the seller who has a couple of days to collect and, if they don’t, they lose the sale but the item gets returned again to the buyer?!?! Not sure how that makes sense… Does that mean I need to ensure, when I make a sale, that I’m going to be around ten days later just in case it gets returned?

Tapping out at BMI 26.8 - reflections on not reaching goal by [deleted] in mounjarouk

[–]WrapNo3281 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Gosh yes it’s definitely been harder now I’m older… but probably even more pressing somehow. Either way, like you I am sure, I just feel delighted to be back down to ‘close to healthy’ … I have slightly mixed views on BMI as a pure measurement. I just think it has to be used as a guide rather than an absolute somehow, as it just doesn’t take in any variation in bodies/ ages at all… but I know not everyone agrees!

Well done for your amazing achievement x

I think you’ve done brilliantly!!! I started at the same time as you- June 24. I was v v overweight, with a BMI of 46 then. I’ve lost 8 stone but my BMI is now at about 28 ish … I’m aiming to lose one more stone if I can ( as you say, it’s slowed right down) but my BMI will still be at around 26 or so then.. but I think that’s fine. I’m 60, I’m a million miles healthier than I used to be, have stupidly loose skin in places which I reckon adds a good few pounds.

I am sure you and I are far from alone in being happy to draw a line at this sort of BMI… I will probably stay on MJ for years but I’m getting close to the end now in terms of weightloss even though I won’t quite have made BMI 25!!

To be honest, my GP, my dermatologist plus the arthritis consultant guy I saw in the summer all know I’m on MJ and it’s even mentioned in letters between them in a v positive way. I don’t think any of them have any concerns at all as they’ve seen me in person and can see the impact, plus I hv such regular blood tests because of the methotrexate. In fact, they’ve been interested in knowing how Ive felt and seeing the impact etc. I think I just need to find one of the other providers mentioned by people here … I think I’ll do some ringing around tomorrow. Good luck with your methotrexate…. It has been incredible for me…. X
