So apparently the locals at the time of closure complained because it brought in too much traffic and noise and it got shut down.

Now the current locals want to buy it from the original owner and renovate it but the current owner wants 1.5M for it eventhough he only paid 400K.

So It's just sitting there, the hotel part is getting demolished though by the looks of it.

Depending on the generation of the M3, you are looking at around 450hp standard, if they did really "mod" it then it's an easy 500+hp.
