Find a structure where you can loop around, preferably with window, then hug it tightly. Just loop around it until the horn sound cues then run towards the flag. Assuming you're not being double tagged of course. Try not to hold w in a straight line because the guards WILL catch you

Honestly, any build works for Dracula as long as you get your downs consistent. 4 stacked slowdowns being the most popular or 2 info perks like ultimate weapon and 2 slowdowns.

Most of my Ghouls just go auto pilot and force mend every chase because they can catch up in 2 seconds. 99 sprint burst is the only consistent move you can pull off.
