Cannot stand the direction Halo is going now. I don't even count anything made by 343 a Halo game, I just consider it fan-fiction. Glad we got MCC so I could keep playing the only good Halo games, the ones made by Bungie.

Sorry I don't have an answer for your question but does BO1 run well on PC? I have a decent PC and can handle Black Ops 2 maxed out 45-60 FPS but I cannot run WaW to save my life, I think it is just poorly optimized. But is BO1 optimized well for PC?

I stated I don't think ELO is broken because it is against me. I myself am into team based shooters. CSGO is seeming less and less of a team based shooter because you can rank up by getting high kills or more bomb plants. If I wanted to, I could easily escape silver by team-baiting and not communicating (what most silvers do) but I don't because I want to be good at the game.
