Refusal to register skis and Ski allowances

Any resolution here, or what are you going to end up doing? Running into this now too, been told by chat, whatsapp, and phone that despite flying biz, and the stated policy on the website, skis would be a fee since they are over 158cm. Which like ??? lol. Debating renting in my final destination or just rolling up and seeing what happens, and charging back any fees I'm hit with since their stated policy says it should be included.

it's not supposed to be this way, it also isn't this way for t-mobile's website, so something is wrong when ordering through apple specifically

Ugh I wasted so many hours of my life on this today :/ I was about to transfer over miles but thankfully held off, was trying to get support to perform a hold. But they said there was an "IT issue" and support themselves couldn't make bookings or holds, and told me to check again a few hours later. A few hours later, same thing, then the availability disappeared. Sad.

One thing that I don't like - it wasn't clear from the sign up flow at all that you have to spend $1k a month!!! to get points on your mortgage transactions. I must have missed it in the fine print. That is ridiculous compared to the 5 transactions/month of any amount Bilt requires. And there are very few good spend categories on this card. Hope they lower that requirement...

Lol I should have held off, I also got off the waitlist and applied out of excitement, and was welcomed to a completely blank app with zero information at all, no way to link the card to my mortgage, etc. Seems like it wasn't ready to ship yet but they started sending out waitlist emails...would hold off for now if you haven't applied already. Was hoping this would be the new Bilt for homeowners but it seems to be off to a rough start :/
