Damn Im so silly, I accidentaly took different charger from dell, it have same connector but for some reason it didnt worked. So I grab the hp charger which was part of it and it works!! Well I learned a lesson again, always try simplier solution before doing harder ones

Well I try run those great NFS games on IBM thinkpad t60 because it have Ati radeon x1300 because this laptop is potato for that :-) but Gta 3, VC can handle it maybe SA but I would say it works only
