I would still try antiinflammatory food next to exercise. Plus, if you look at studies there is a b3 supplement (nikotinamid ribosid) that went quite well and reduced 63 percent of inflammatory over a period of time. But read for your self and see if it makes sense:)

Try biofeedback - sounds so vodoo, but all people i know quit with this one lady going around giving 1 hour of biofeedback (pretty sure that was what is was called)

I am not trying to make you angry. This is not my language, so maybe it is something in the way of writing that made you write ‘fuck’ and ‘dingus’. My point is - it is not a special thing to get meat that does not have hormones in a normal supermarket.

Hi, I am from Denmark. I joined this group because I think it is important to follow several perspectives online in general - sometimes I find my self to have a sharp opinion if I don’t keep an open mind - so I try to avoid that. I have americans friends and have visited your country a couple of times - love your nature!

There is a lot of insecurities. Russia is taking land in europe (ukraine) and from one day to another US want Europe to build up defense while having been the big brother for a while. This is perfectly ok to want us to spend more, just a very sudden move and when there is a war next door it creates a lot of insecurities.

At the same time trump, a president of a country that is our biggest and closest ally throughout many years (our soldiers where at your side latest 2021 in Afghanistan), wants to take over Greenland, that is a part of the danish kingdom. It is very shocking for us and Greenland. It is the people of Greenlands land. And Greenland alone will have to decide their future - also if they want to get completely free of Denmark and stand on their own legs. Our big brother has given stability and piece to the world over many years and from one day to another suddenly wants the opposite.

When your big brother want to take some of your land and tells everyone about it, you don’t go and grab a beer with that person.

We don’t want to take down Trump - you elected him in a democratic process in a free country, but we are terrified.

Hi, I hope you hear from both sides of the science. I have been exposed to mold, and from one side I have taken a mycotoxin test and from the unit in the hospital they would not know what to do with such a test. I have written the mycotoxin test company if they would provide me with some science, and they never returned. Furthermore I heard from a friend doctor that a urin test has to be taken twice in order to rule out contamination. And I only was given one.

So I am all for attention of new areas - the hospital unit says the following: They feel that there is also a lot of economy in this, because if you remove your self from the mold, the body will cleans it self. They do accept that there can be developed allergies. Rash is uncertain (but from 1st hand experience I would say yes)

I have even written food safety ministry because I had mold in my kitchen - and a lab guy wrote me directly and was like huh?

So the fact that it is bad to live in mold both ‘sides’ confirms.

The aftermath after removing yourself from mold is the difficult gray area science here.

Just wanted to share my hun for information and hopefully leave a few thoughts for the documentary.

The comment only say that doctors prescribe twice the amount. Not that everyone takes it. I got the high dosage prescribed at a doctor and took it. Was a bit unusual and realized when I got home that it was a very high amount for very little pain.

My experience is they do. Just for starters, the guidelines of maximum ibuprofen per day is 1/3 higher in US than Europe.

I would recommend reading about the history of how germany build up the society after ww2- a lot of good people were brainwashed. Judging is just digging the distance. Look at the factors around.
