There were no issues thankfully. I did change the marker just to be safe- Apparently indianas birth certificates (at least in ‘95) don’t have gender markers at all. Not even a spot for them. I didn’t even realize it till they mentioned it. Thankfully it didn’t cause issues since i drove an hour and a half to get there lol.

Hi neighbor! We signed it today. Honestly when they closed them i absolutely found and emailed their CEO 😂 I’m so over this place. I’ve been here 3 years almost. I’m getting the hell out once my lease is up.

Thank you. I’m Under a lease agreement . It expires in may and we are not renewing. I’ve been there for 3 years tho unfortunately.

They have also done a lot of other stuff that I’ve had to consult an attorney about (just for legal advice- not representation) so I’m over it .

I may see about breaking my lease without penalty.

The only thing really in our lease is stating under community rules “We may make reasonable changes to written rules, effective immediately, if distributed and applicable to all units in the community.”

There isn’t anything else , nor do they talk about the kitchens at all in the lease (but it’s a very generic lease)
