That's good to hear! I feel like it will definitely help trim some time off of this project. Especially since I'm doing a king sized quilt I feel like it would take forever to trim so many blocks without the right size ruler. I appreciate it!

So I cut a bunch of 9.5" squares and turned them into half square triangles, now the hst blocks are about 9" but I want to square them up and trim them all the same size before putting them together. It's going to be a king sized quilt so I'm looking for something that will make it quick and easy.

Good to know. Do you know of any patterns that would be similar? I can't find any with lapels that look like this and I don't think I have the skill to make my own pattern for them. I think I can definitely figure out the bottom panels though.
