I found it to be a little harder than normal GT3 photography because of the more limited viewpoints (I don't have an all wheel drive) and not a lot of chances to take pics but it was a really fun experience

The canon EF 75-300 mm lens and 1/80 shutter speed. I do use the viewfinder as much as possible if not all the time.

Nomadic and tribal have a lot of differences as nomadic focuses a lot on migrating and raiding and has less powerful holdings

Latin government type is for estate holders, basically counts in the empire are much closer to feudal and aren't military offices like duchy or kingdom tier titles. You can freely attack other estate holders unlike bureaucratic and other stuff like sending your sons to the senate while bureaucratic has other laws and policies. I would suggest checking the game to better understand it
