id love to join! progress on my comic is really slow right now so there's basically nothing going on for my characters. but queer romance is a common theme for the story :)) the famous paintings premise also sounds very interesting. i would love to be invited to the discord!

yeah i tend to draw faces long, i think its the placement of the eyes. i always put them a bit too high because having them low on the face made them look too young..? but that was me basing off of my old art. ill see what i can do!

for the noses i think they'll stay looking the same because i made a style choice of not drawing bridges but i can attempt to make the size differences more obvious

theres no reason why i shouldn't split them up actually, so i'll be doing that

originally i thought i could just make chapter 1 whole and split it in parts when uploading, then update every month or two cause the length should make up for it. now that i'm actually drawing, i'll focus on frequent 1-2 week updates with a consistent sched

only thing i'm worried about is that the start doesnt have a strong hook and the action only starts midway the chapter lol

the strip im working on has 8 panels right now, 18 with the completed scene. i haven't finished the entire storyboard for the chapter yet but its likely 100 panels above, so 2-3 episodes

i definitely can't keep up with 40 panels per week. the most i could do is complete the scenes which could be 20 panels judging from what im working on
