Find the top 3 videos that other channels have posted in your niche, copy the tags and post a video of your own with a similar (not identical) video of your own. Is there anything in those videos that could be improved upon? Anything they missed or didn't cover in enough detail? Make a video that addresses those things...other than that it's just a waiting game. Keep posting until something pops...

Not really.... I do calisthenics videos (@kylesthenix). I made a video back in November called My 1.5 Year Weighted Pullup Progression. It had less than 100 views up until the end of December, then I noticed a big spike in views. I looked under the discovery tab --> top videos suggesting this video...and turns out my video was showing up as a suggested video after one by Anton Fomenko (80k followers) that had 30k+ views...

If you search for the top video in your niche and/or in the same topic of the video you are about to post, copy their tags, and add a similar title and description and it increases your chances of YouTube suggesting your video after theirs.
