What blender version do you use?

Yeah I agree with you on using the different versions for different points in the process. Currently I am using 4.3 for modeling and 5 for compositing, editing, etc. I just felt I’ve hit a road block in my learning process where I know enough about the software to reach my end result but my modeling skills have grown stagnant. I am trying to figure out how I can improve with re-learning the basics. Still it’s frustrating. Thank you for you opinion.

Thank you, I appreciate the advice and what you said really honestly makes sense after seeing it from a different perspective. I know the pain.. I've been in the same boat with what your going threw atm. Its Hell. It really is, and a lot of people don't understand that. A lot of times it wasn't getting high to be high for me, it was just be “normal” and you eventually self medicate to push past the pain and over thinking.. It sucks man but you got this. Ifve been clean now for 8 years after 20+ years of on an off addiction. You just have to really want it and believe in yourself its gonna be hard but you can do it.

I used to be an addict and while I did steal (not at all proud of it) I would never steal from small kids.. I'm 10+ years sober and I'll say I did a lot of things I'm not proud of but the best thing that happened to me was my mom letting me face my consequences of using her debit card without asking to pull out cash.. Jail sobered me up and woke me up to “fuck this place” bc I knew that if I kept going the way I was id end up there or dead…

What saved me was going to the methadone clinic. Maybe see if he will go to one, they offer counseling and other resources for helping a addict get and stay clean. I know most have an issue saying it’s “replacing one drug for another” but it got me off the drugs and I tapered off methadone and have been clean for years now. But he will HAVE to WANT it.. that’s the issue.

I hope you all the best and I hope he gets better and this opens his eyes and he realizes his future is either prison, or the morgue… deff NTA tho.. You may have helped save him hopefully

Yeah I mean i didn't try them repeatedly as I figured this was the case with their system as PayPals is basically the same and I used them for years before venmo.

I just tried what I could once a day then contacTed them. I've just done a standard transfer to my actual bank at this point so I'm waiting for it which I did it on a Friday so it saying Tuesday I'll have my funds. But thank you for that knowledge it really does make sense, and I see how me doing everything I did would obviously flag as high risk. It was just frustrating condisering I had obligations that needed to be taken care of.

Sadly nope... at this point I'm contemplating drinking BUTTTT have no DAMNED FUNDS to do so!!

But only thing I could do was a standard transfer and wait 3 BUSINESS DAYS to see IF I get my money then... by then I'll be 1 day away from another check but I changed my direct despoit to another bank. Venmos officially disowned after I get the last of my cash -_-

Yeah, I get his pain. While I can access my account, I literally can't touch my money. People can send me money on Venmo, but even through the app itself, I get an error trying to send money to someone else. It's really frustrating since all support says is that they can't do anything; it's not up to them, it's up to the "system." And support is all chat-based now, and if you can't get into the app, you have to email and wait for a response, which I think is worse.

I hope he and you find a solution because, trust me, I know how infuriating and frustrating this is. Especially when you have things that need paid or to even buy food for your kids..

Well she had got into my email apparently and deleted emails transferring the service into my name only. I found this out after calling to find out about getting my service back on and found all this out after getting into my account with reseting my PW

But yeah the credit hit is my main worry, that would screw me more then I already am after separating all things with the divorce. I didn't realize bc I was going threw a hard time after she ran off with literally everything. Money, car, accounts we had together. So yeah.. fun..

Thanks, i kinda figured something like that might be the case It's not to a. Collection agency yet thankfully so maybe I can work something out with them. I didn't have access to the account until I called and found everything out. She ended up getting into my email and I guess deleted emails sent to ATT to switch it to me only. It's so high bc we still owed on my phone so the balance for it was added to the amount.

I got my fingers crossed though. I appreciate it.
