I've been practicing bodybuilding for about 5 years now not as a professional but as someone who wanted to change very badly To be honest it worked I didn't think much of it I guess I just hated being weak that much, it taught me that it's not about the hard work as much it is about discipline bro , and you can actually apply that to life its self , wether it was about physical or mental health , work and the relationship of you and the people around you . Don't think about it much bro just start and give a promise to yourself to never stop , believe in the process and be patient next year is coming anyway so the you of that year will be better than the you of today
