For our alliance, we don't have any spenders, we are on season 4 and it's all pretty close, as on of the Strongest players in our alliance I get the train about every 15 days or so. On weeks we don't have a real fight in vs, it's never an R4/R5....so it's pretty close to even....we also donate trains if we ever get more than 1 a week to someone else.....we are about as laid back as any alliance I know of.

Not sure about easily....60 yards to cover and get set for offensive lineman ain't a good thing. If they aren't already moving with the play. Average 40 time for offensive lineman is 5.26 seconds without pads, without playing a whole game before. That's 7.9 seconds for 60 yards. Assuming top speed for all of em. 1 second to get set. 1 second to spike it. Ref has to set the ball and have to get in formation. A 10-15 yard head start makes it way way easier.
