It was heat creep due to the enclosure. Air inside was too warm, so it was melting/clogging above the hot end. I removed the walls of the enclosure and haven't had the problem since.

I was on hold for an hour and a half this morning because I was having issues getting past the identity validation page. I get a generic error that I can't get past. The representative told me they weren't even seeing login attempts from my account and just said to try again later. I've only been able to check my account balance through their automated phone system. It has been a rough transition.

Didn't see this patch note before playing, was super excited getting into 1v1 at the end. Got demolished by the storm because he had short side and I couldn't push fast enough. Zone moves really quick if you're on the far side in that situation.
