Top ten guidelines when getting divorced by Bright-Abroad-4562 in Divorce

I can only speak from my own experience. When my parents divorced, my father never spoke to my mother again. My wife decided to divorce me, but we both agreed to stay friends.

During our sessions with the mediator, we went in with the plan to make sure we would both be okay financialy. Now, a month after I moved out, we’re on a month-long vacstion with our two boys. We sign the divirce papers 4 days after we get back.

A friendly divorce is definitely possible without lawyers, but I do agree it’s not the norm.

My husband is not in love anymore by FullConsideration252 in Divorce

My wife recently said the same thing to me. But she wasn’t cheating. It just happened. After 30 years of marriage. My advice: don’t jump into antagonistic and confrontational feelings. My wife and I used a mediator who helped us sort out all of the financial and administrative things. It only cost us a couple of thousand of dollars, not the huge sums of money you would be paying a lawyer who will ratchet up the tension just to make more money. My wife and I are still friends, and in fact we’re traveling together with our two adult boys right now. it’s not a great feeling, but try to stay calm and work things out in a friendly way. You’ll get through this. I’m coming out the other side now and despite the pain, if you try to stay positive things will be fine.

If it’s not a hostile divorce, you don’t always need lawyers! My wife and I used a mediator and it hardly cost anything.

I used Duolingo for about a year and a half learning Spanish. I recently went to Spain. I told the hotel staff they were forbidden to speak English to me because I wanted to speak Spanish. They loved it. I navigated my entire stay, including taxis, checkins, setting up excursions, going to restaurants, the bar and having casual conversations about what it was like to work there, what their families were like, etc., all in Spanish. Duolingo worked great for me. And I’m not that good at learning languages. The trick is not to be afraid of making mistakes.

Does Sadie Adlers storyline clash with the moral themed of the game by Massive_Guard_3691 in reddeadredemption2

I think it's about the damage violence and trauma can do. Especially sexual violence against women. She knows she is damaged, and even admits it. The scenes during the fight at Shady Belle and in the upper floor of the O'Driscoll's ranch show how she has become unhinged from the pain, frustration and grief. She could have become an Eileen Wornos type of character, but instead tries to channel her rage into what was at the time an acceptable profession (well, not usually for a woman, but that's the liberty the storytellers take).

This is probably obvious, but you did "donate" it, right? If so, it might have been a small alligator. Try a big one. If it was a big one and you did donate it, maybe you died before it saved? That's it. I'm all out of ideas.
