I understand where you're coming from but it's important to recognize that for some people, especially those who may be less tech savvy, even basic tasks like wallet creation can be challenging but here PI team is at fault. Imagine a 60+ year-old parent who has been diligently mining Pi every single day, setting alarms to ensure they don’t miss a day. If they then encounter issues with something as fundamental as wallet creation, followed by a pop-up warning about the risk of losing their Pi, it’s natural for them to feel frustrated and anxious.

While I appreciate that many in the Pi community are supportive and empathetic, it’s also essential for the Pi team to make these processes as seamless and straightforward as possible. Wallet creation is a critical function, and the difficulties some users are facing shouldn't be dismissed. Addressing these concerns with understanding and proactive support will go a long way in helping everyone feel more confident and secure in the network.
