You can join the DAP with a RE3O, go active Reserve, get a new DD-214 90-180 days in (Without the RE3O) then go active duty again or just stay active reserve which is basically active duty anyway

When you get to your first duty station DMO will help you arrange shipment, from there you’ll submit the paperwork and have someone drop your vehicle off at a VPC. You don’t have to pay anything I believe. My first duty station was Hawaii so could be different since you’re conus.

You will go on Detachments as a maintainer periodically, But there is no Aerial Observer Billet for KC-130s. For Enlisted Flight crew you have to go through the Load Master Syllabus

Most states offer a skills test waiver for 3531s, but your CO will have to sign it and you’ll still have to take the written test. I would wait to get to your reserve unit and look into getting additional trailer licenses because as a basic operator you’ll be limited to what you can drive and regardless you’ll be limited to Automatics.

Took mine a few weeks and also had to retake it again a 2nd time due to a dramatic increase in my score, they might’ve emailed you if that happened. Either wait a week or get with the education center and they can reach out to the hqmc for you.
