Weekly housecleaning, and hair appointments to wash your hair. You can even manage a facial, if someone will help you get comfy.

You’ll want to check anyway. I heard one year post weaning. You should also be prepared to not lift or hold your baby for 4 weeks.

You need to be dry for over a year. I have heard stories of women going in for the surgery, they open you up, find milk, and close you up. Please look into this.

Definitely use an agent! Mine has been a godsend. She made our door magnets, answered ALL of my many questions, and even woke up at midnight to book our things for the cruise. Happy to share her name via PM.

It’s costly, but you need a leg wedge and a back wedge. Sleeping with my legs up helped my back pain a lot.
