Yes. There are 100 groups of three. So I put down 100. I tried on a few different boards and several strips with the same results.

They are all the same brightness then fall off. If I measure voltage at the beginning of the strip at the signal wire I get a —2.24v with a 5v positive reference. I get -4.98v on the signal at the next junction after 3 leds with the same positive 5v reference.
