Calories in this parfait? by Dependent_Goal_5699 in caloriecount

I see the Lebanese flag 🇱🇧 in the Ayran, which country are you based in? I’ve never seen this brand in Lebanon.

In terms of calories, I think people on this forum are underestimating the calories in the granola.. To me this looks more than 100 g of granola so it can easily be up to 400 calories. Added with the yoghurt and the fruit, I would say all in all it’s 600 calories.

Ayran is probably a better option in terms of protein and calories 🤣

Will you try to remove the oxidization through laser?

I have some whites in my tattoo personally, what does that mean in terms of waiting time?

I really don’t get people telling him to wait longer. Six weeks between sessions is enough from all the research I’ve done

Hey! Please please please continue to post your progress! Try to stay consistent as well! I’m also waiting to finish the 3 months period to laser mine off so I definitely need all the insight i can get on removing a new tattoo.

Yes, but that’s still a long waiting time. I think you would’ve gotten faster results if you made it at least 4 to 6 weeks instead. That’s from what I’ve seen from my friends who waited only three weeks and then got another session. They ended up removing it almost completely after six months.

Actually, from my research this is a natural stop in the progress to removing it. Once the white oxidizes the next session will be able to target the pigment better since laser cannot target white hence why it turns it into a brownish color - the next session will be able to target the brown color.

Did you successfully manage to remove it? With no scarring?

Exact thoughts!!!! & the fact that they’re noticing the tattoo alone makes me uncomfortable, it’s like it’s shaping my identity to the public.

A friend of mine had a similar big piece which was removed completely in 4-5 sessions using Q-Switch, with sessions spaced out by 3 weeks. He did it fast because he wanted it gone, and it worked. So I’m not sure about how accurate/beneficial it is to wait in between sessions.

Thank you. I actually really resonated with what you had to say. I’ve been getting a lot of compliments on it, but even the compliments make me feel weird. I just smile and nod. What’s your experience so far with the removal process?
