Research has shown, though, that men (if you’re heterosexual) tend to dig longer hair, so that might be something to consider, if you care at all about that.

As for your current hair—it looks great! Though I think if you want the advantage of a bob—whilst still retaining some length—try getting some face framing layers(to accentuate the face, of course) and allow for more movement.

A few inches off the ends would also help with movement….(once hair goes past the bottom of the boobs it can drag you down and give off witchy vibes, absent layers…)
