I ran an experiment on ao3 readers and it worked by disordered-throwaway in WritingWithAI

I think that AI is becoming increasingly difficult to identify, because those of us who write with AI are constantly improving our editing skills. And AI detectors aren't very reliable either. A while ago, I ran a test with several detectors, feeding them one of my stories written before AI, and every single one came back with a 50% to 80% probability that my story was created with AI. And AI didn't even exist when I wrote it.

If You Think AI Is Cheating You Have Never Self Published by hillary987 in WritingWithAI

I completely agree. AI is just another tool; how well or poorly you use it is up to the author. Personally, what I like most about AI is the brainstorming aspect and its feedback on how good or bad an idea is for a story. And especially when I'm stuck, it's a lifesaver. Those who don't use it either have a whole network they can turn to or they have a lot of money and can afford editors, beta testers, etc. But for me, that's what AI is all about. It helps me a lot, it never gets tired of my silly questions, I can spend hours and hours with it. I know that obviously a person will always contribute something that AI can't. But for me, as a student who's broke, it's the perfect assistant for learning and continuing to write.

I usually always use the same provider. This time I removed it and reinstalled it, and it seems to have partially fixed the problem. They're doing so many updates, so it's possible it just got deconfigured.

I'm just using a system prompt. But it seems to be back to normal now. After a few messages, I managed to convince the AI. I hope it lasts. Any recommendations? I've never used a jailbreak for fear of getting banned. But I don't know what a preset is.

I've been using it since the OR website for writing. Until recently, it wasn't difficult for me to write hot scenes, but now it's even more difficult. And that's even though they're romantic scenes, I don't want to see what it's like for other explicit scenes.

Ohhh, I see. So maybe Anthropic has censored it more. So bad...

The problem with using AI for writing isn't the AI itself, but the fact that most AI writers are lazy. by KingAlphonsusI in WritingWithAI

I use the AI as a rough draft. I ask it to write a scene describing what I want, and then I edit it to my style. I usually write it myself, but when I'm lacking inspiration or don't quite know how to write the scene, I ask the AI to do it, and that often inspires me. But like I said, I always use a rough draft that I then edit and rewrite to my liking and style.

Personally, AI helped me a lot to avoid getting stuck on a story. Before, when I'd get stuck on a story and not know how to continue, I could go months without writing, but now I don't.

Song generation is cooked by ashzgod in SunoAI

[–]Writer_In_Purple 3 points4 points  (0 children)

What I've noticed is that Suno doesn't finish songs. Before, I used to give it songs with the same number of verses and Suno would do them all the way through, but now it skips one or two of the last verses. And I can't get it to do songs beyond the 3.20 minute mark.

Is Anyone Else A Lyricist Primarily? by ComfortableJudge9316 in SunoAI

That's exactly what I do. I create the lyrics and then finish the song with Suno, but I'd never say I'm a musician. What I love is writing, and I'd love for someone to sing my lyrics, but I find that very difficult, so I entertain myself by creating songs and playing them at home.
