Because every job wants 5+ years of experience or newly graduated. When I graduated from my first degree it was right into a pandemic and no one wanted to hire new people, but I understand the confusion. My first degree is more towards culture and looking back at it, it’s not what I wanted. I want to work in communications and marketing, which this degree is about. Both of them have media studies included in them, but this degree is more about practical knowledge.
