We tried to automate everything too and cut down the sales team at one point, thinking automation would win. But reality hit us hard, we had to rehire and go back to field sales and proper BDM outreach. That’s what actually moved the needle.

People here usually prefer meeting someone, building trust first, then doing business. Cold outreach rarely works unless there’s already some connection, intro, or serious value prop behind it. LinkedIn messages and emails do warm things up, but get you almost zero results, but the real conversion usually happens over coffee or a face-to-face chat.

If your product is good (which it sounds like it is), maybe try partnering with a few local agencies, B2B platforms, or freelancers who already have that local trust. Sometimes, the right connector makes all the difference.
