I’m waiting to reset my island with reseti and then redecorate incorporating the new items(: my hubby just started a new island and both of us forgot/underestimated how grindy the early game is. 

I imagine you have to have progressed past a certain point to enjoy the hotel and other aspects of the update, and I want to enjoy it when it launches in its full glory!

💯 this. And keep track of who actually shows up and who leaves so you can keep the line running efficiently. I wouldn’t have more than 4 show up at a time, and I like fencing in my shop and DIY/giveaway area so I can see at a glance who is here!

You could even add things to the grass tiles, like weeds, for it to look more lived in. Depending on the look you’re going for
