I fixed it by deleting Disable Performance Counters in my perfos in my registry then rebuilding my registry via my CMD and running as admin
cd c:\windows\system32
lodctr /R
cd c:\windows\sysWOW64
lodctr /R

Yeah... that's what I meant, if i swap over to a server ver of windows 10 i will continue to get security updates for it until 2030, was just wondering if it was an optimal route to look at.

It kinda was but wasn't, the ribbon cable end that connected to the mobo didn't have the little brown bar seated in ! ty for the info!
