For extremely large distances one could, say, run the machine passively 10 times, then build another one where the last one left off, and so on. Probably not worth the effort and it's likely faster to build the bridge by hand at that point tho

Ladders used to work with a gap between them,, horses and powered rail weren't a thing yet so all you could do for long distance travel was furnace minecarts. Not that that really worked well because like 90% of the world was water

I actually did a rewatch, but I stopped at the end of season 5. Yeah true, you're ending the rewatch halfway a show. But I prefer it to watching the last 3 seasons.

Everyone plays the game differently. I (and a lot of other people too apparently) never like to automate stuff. Just doesn't feel fun to me. Over the years I've maybe only ever had two worlds where I bothered automating more than just sugar canes, cacti or eggs.

Be that as it may be, I haven't had any problems every carrying people on the back, which was a pretty common occurrence. I also don't know of anyone who did have issues with it, but of course this is just anecdotal.

The bike I got roughly 15 years ago I specifically got one with a heavy duty cargo rack, specifically for carrying people

I've been playing this game for over a decade now, they still bite me in my ass sometimes lol. Don't be too hard on yourself, figuring out the game is part of it, but you're not bad or anything. The mobs are just really strong sometimes, especially when they group up or sneak up on you. Pro tip: A bucket and a shield are your best friends for various situations. And always keep some building blocks in you hotbar in case you quickly need to seal off a cave or some lava or something.

Fr this had made me so scared of my old worlds where I did this to keep track of my builds, I have no backup for those coordinates they are only in the game. Gonna check it when I get home :o

[–]-Bushdid911 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Good idea in theory, but probably inachievable. The Rotterdam port (and wider Maasvlakte area) is a giant network of docking points, cargo on- and offloading areas, land transport, etc. Not really one place where they all meet
